REGISTRATION OPTIONS:

Step 1: Complete and submit online form .
PLEASE NOTE: YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION WHEN REGISTERING:
1. Medicare/Medical Insurance Number of camper
2. Date of camper's last Tetanus Vaccination
Step 2: Download and print Payment Form 2008
Step 3: Mail or fax your completed Payment Form to the address/fax number below.
2. RESERVE YOUR CHILD'S SPOT
Step 1: To reserve your child's spot, download and print the Registration Form 2008.
Step 2: Mail or fax your completed Registration Form 2008 to the address/fax number below.
Your child's spot will be reserved once we receive the registration form along with your $200 deposit, however in order to complete the registration:
