PROGRAM INFORMATION
Be a participant in the 2nd Annual YMCA Kanawana Eco-games!!
In the spirit of the popular Eco-Challenge, campers will be grouped into age-specific teams to compete in non-stop fun and adventurous activities.
This six day event will include training, skill-building and team preparation followed by intense fun-filled competition in such events as:
• Canoe and kayak relays (with portages)
• Rock climbing and rappelling
• Lake swims and water regattas
• Nature awareness and discovery games
• Wilderness and camping skill events
• Orienteering
• Relay races, obstacle course and more!
For those looking for an “extreme” outdoor challenge that encourages leadership and group cooperation, and for those looking for one more week of Kanawana fun at the end of the summer, the 2nd Annual Kanawana Eco-games are for you!
